Yes, it’s only November. And the white stuff you see all around me? Yes, that’s snow. Yes, really. No, you’re not imagining things. Neither am I, even though I wish I was…
It seems winter came early this year… I wish it would go away as quickly, too, but that’s not going to happen. What? It can’t be that bad, I’ll get used to it? Hah! Oh course I’ll get used to it! In my 51 years I’ve had plenty of practice getting used to winter. And guess what? I still hate it…
I don’t like the cold weather (just for the record: I hate hot weather just as much). And snow, I could do without that, too. And the darkness: a few hours of daylight, that’s all we get. Yes, blink and you miss it…
I know what you’re thinking: it gets better in January when the days start getting longer. Actually, for me, it’s the cold that really gets to me. I completely lose interest in going out. And by that I mean I could just camp out on the sofa, doing nothing. So, maybe it’s a good thing I have to go to work, otherwise I would probably just go into hibernation until April…

You and I are too much alike. I don't like winter sports, in fact I just don't like being cold. Everyone says, "You're Canadian!" Yeah. Like that makes a difference. Touch wood we are still in double digit temps here right now. I'm hoping the snow will hold off till mid December. I empathize with you. I really do.bisousSuzanne
I also hate cold weather and it's too cold for being November. Love your striped dress!Jasmine x
I think the white snow makes a lovely back ground to your fun outfit :-)Monica.
I'm not a fan of snow or cold, but have to endure a bit of it here in NY. I'd like to do what you do and have multiple residences to switch between during different seasons. BTW, the striped dress is striking. You always make fashion choices I admire.
I don't like temperatures below zero or above 24. So the north or middle of France?? The Netherlands are not too bad as in not extreme but lots of wind and rain. Oh well. Cannot be helped. And I adore your dress. Such a striking thing which suits you so well. As does that cute cardigan.Greetje
Oh awfull! I hate snow! What I do like is your dress! Really nice!
Fabulous dress! I love the stripe paired with purple! Great outfit!Edwige | http://www.hypnozglam.com
Love the purple paired with the black and white stripes, perfect color on you Tiina! I went from PA to now living in NC because I dont like winter. I just dont like being cold, and other than snow on Christmas, I am like you… could live without! Thanks for linking up with Turning heads tuesdayjess xxwww.elegantlydressedandstylish.com
cute look! I love stripes any day. I honestly wish it would snow here in California as it's literally been in the 80-90s since last week. Today is the first day of low 70's weather and I'm cherishing it! I wish we had some rain, at least LOL. Doesn't feel like autumn/winter without the cold IMO!
Oh snow, the only place I like that now-a-days is on the slopes in The French Alps. Cute dress and looks great paired with the lilac cardi. x Jacquiwww.mummabstylish.com
I'm so-so about winter…I love the decorations and excitement of the holidays and then I don't mind the cold, but after New Years is over I am ready for it to warm up! I love your striped dress here–so fun to mix and match with bold colors!-Kristincountdowntofridayblog.com
Wow snow! That is crazy! You must have been freezing as you took those photos with just the cardigan. Super cute look … the magenta color gives it a nice pop!Ninaaworldofdresses.com
We've been able to dodge the white stuff until now…sadly it came and it looks like it's here to stay 🙁 http://the-wardrobe-stylist.com/2016/11/20/black-friday-holiday-gift-guide/
